Q: What is Watson and how much does it cost?
Section titled “Q: What is Watson and how much does it cost?”Watson is an optional AI front desk add-on that works with any Mediyn plan. It answers every call 24/7, books and reschedules appointments, triages urgent calls, answers common questions, and captures new-client leads so no caller ever reaches voicemail. It costs $129/month and includes 60 calls (fair-use). Like every plan, it comes with a signed HIPAA BAA. Mediyn’s team sets it up for the customer.
Q: Is there a free trial?
Section titled “Q: Is there a free trial?”Yes. Every plan includes a full 7-day free trial with access to all features. No charge until the trial ends. Customers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Q: Can I switch plans later?
Section titled “Q: Can I switch plans later?”Yes. Customers can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades give immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Section titled “Q: What payment methods do you accept?”All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through Stripe. For Plus plans with a team, invoicing and ACH bank transfers are also available.
Q: Is there a discount for annual billing?

Q: What happens if I go over my plan’s included limits?

Going beyond those limits triggers pay-as-you-go rates, which are lower on higher plans. Usage is visible in the dashboard before anything is billed. Standard payment processing of 3.15% applies to payments collected through Mediyn. A full rate sheet is available from the Mediyn team on request.
Q: How does the free trial work?

Q: How does Plus plan pricing work?
Section titled “Q: How does Plus plan pricing work?”Plus is $119/month and includes the first therapist, so a solo practice pays a flat $119. Each additional therapist is $59/month. A 5-therapist practice would pay $119 + (4 × $59) = $355/month. Eligibility checks are free on Plus.
Q: What happens to my data if I cancel?
